The founder of Isuru Engineering, Mahesh Pasqual is a proud product of Ananda College, Colombo, and received his B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Peradeniya. After gaining experience in both local and International construction companies such as Surath Wickramasinghe Associates, Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB), Balfour Beaty Construction International Ltd and M.R.Fernando & Co. Mahesh Pasqual established his own construction company in 1993.

Since then serving as the chairman and managing director he has steadily guided Isuru Engineering to hold the highest rank in building construction by successfully executing projects in Sri Lanka and the Republic of Maldives. He obtained conferment as Chartered Civil Engineer from the Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) in 1998 and thereafter obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration at University of Lincolnshire Humberside, United Kingdom.
